Who we are

Prime Point Recruitment is the data controller for the personal information you provide when applying for a vacancy. Contact: info@prime-point.io, 020 8154 7856.

What we collect

Your name, email address, telephone number, CV and any message you choose to include, together with the vacancy you applied for and the date of your application.

Why we use it

To assess your suitability for the vacancy you applied for, contact you about your application and, where relevant, introduce you to the hiring organisation.

Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in providing recruitment services.

Who we share it with

We share your details only with the organisation recruiting for the role you applied for, and with service providers who host our website and data securely on our behalf. We do not sell your information.

How we protect it

CVs are stored in private, access-controlled storage and are never publicly accessible. Only authorised Prime Point Recruitment staff can view applications.

How long we keep it

We keep your application and CV for 12 months from the date you apply, so we can consider you for the role and contact you about it. After 12 months they are permanently deleted. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time by emailing info@prime-point.io.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict its use, and request a copy. Email info@prime-point.io to make a request. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
