About the opportunity
A London recruitment team is looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to find and engage great candidates for live vacancies.
What you'll be doing
- Searching job boards and databases for candidates.
- Writing and posting job adverts.
- Screening candidates by phone.
- Arranging interviews.
- Keeping candidate records up to date.
What we're looking for
- Experience in recruitment, sales or customer service is helpful.
- Confident on the phone.
- Organised and target-driven.
- Keen to build a career in recruitment.
Pay, hours and benefits
Pay: £28,000 per annum.
Hours: 37.5 hours a week. Monday to Friday, 9am–5:30pm, hybrid (three days in the office).
This is a permanent position.
Location and working arrangements
Based in London. You'll need to be able to travel reliably to the site for each shift.
