About the opportunity
A national logistics company in Milton Keynes is seeking a Transport Coordinator to plan daily operations and keep deliveries on schedule.
What you'll be doing
- Planning daily routes and driver schedules.
- Monitoring vehicles and resolving delays.
- Communicating with drivers, customers and depots.
- Ensuring compliance with drivers' hours rules.
- Producing performance reports.
What we're looking for
- Experience in transport planning or coordination.
- Knowledge of drivers' hours and tachograph rules.
- Strong organisation under pressure.
- Confident with planning software and Excel.
Pay, hours and benefits
Pay: £30,000 per annum.
Hours: 40 hours a week. Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm.
This is a permanent position.
Location and working arrangements
Based in Milton Keynes. You'll need to be able to travel reliably to the site for each shift.
